What to do during gym closure?

Following the announcement by Multi-Ministry Taskforce, all gyms will be temporarily closing from the 8 – 30 May 2021. Please take note that A gym will be closed until further notice, however, we will be running outdoor weekly classes at different time slots that focuses on “STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING”.

Our strength and conditioning classes combines dynamic exercises such as strength training with the use of free weights and cardiovascular exercises to improve your overall performance that is suitable for people of all fitness levels. There are a few benefits for strength and conditioning workouts: Injury Prevention, Improved Performance, Enhanced General Health, Strengthen bones, Improved posture, Improved of mood, Increased Muscle Mass and Metabolism.

This actually helps in faster recovery post-injury and could potentially make exercising more enjoyable as we value quality exercise.
